Bricks and Mortals is pleased to share its Annual Report 2019-2021.
The idea of Bricks and Mortals started five years ago – as faith leaders and real property community members came together to support and sustain the important work that houses of worship and faith-based organizations do in their communities.
The vision of Bricks and Mortals is to impartially inform, educate, and connect faith-based organizations to the resources - education, experts and funding - that can help them achieve the goals related to their real property. To empower the mortals to manage the bricks to serve their communities.
Bricks and Mortals received its first funding in 2019 from the New York Community Trust, and since then has gained new staff members, a Board of Directors, and additional funding, both from foundations and members.
