St Mary's Episcopal Church (Brooklyn, NY) Quinlan Development Group is bringing 138 mixed-income units to 230 Classon Avenue in Clinton Hill. The project, slated for development on a parcel formerly owned by St Mary’s Episcopal Church, is scheduled for completion in Spring 2023. The new residential tower will stand 17 stories tall and feature a study lounge and business center, bicycle storage, general tenant storage, a fitness center, a dog run, and recreational lounge. There is also onsite parking and 8,700-square-foot of communal outdoor space. Quinlan has confirmed that the property will be 30% affordable. CIT Real Estate Finance and Hines Realty Income Fund will provide $48 million in construction financing.
