This mission-driven organization is in need of at least 750 sq ft of kitchen space (up to 10,000 sq ft) for commissary kitchen use in the very near future. They would need 24/7 access. Sunday/weekend use will be very important to the business because of how busy their Mondays are.

This group is working with a Brooklyn Faith based organization who is seeking to relocate to a larger more accessible space in Brooklyn. They are looking for a space that has about 25,000 – 40,000 square feet of buildable area for church space, offices, community spaces, mechanical rooms and parking, if available. They have the funds to renovate, and require elevators if the building is taller than two stories. A Brooklyn corner property would be ideal.
